METHUEN, Mass. (WLNE) — Those looking for a new companion can adopt a pig for free with the MSPCA-Angell at Nevins Farm in Methuen this weekend. An owner brought seven pigs to the farm, saying they had too many animals than they were able to take care of. They were shy when they first arrived at the farm, and shelter officials have been working on socializing them for the past few weeks. A pig called Runt is free to adopt at Nevins Farm in Methuen, Massachusetts this weekend.
