Rescue crews in Newburyport, Massachusetts, are trying to figure out a way to safely remove the body of a man killed in an explosion at a plant. The explosion happened just before 1 a.m. Thursday at Seqens North America, a pharmaceutical ingredients manufacturing company. Five people were inside at the time of the blast. Four were taken to the hospital and later released. Family members identified the man killed as Jack O'Keefe, 61, of Methuen, Massachusetts. The explosion caused structural damage to the building.
